Cancellation Policy
We understand life happens, we offer free cancellations up to 12 hours before your scheduled appointment! Cancelling within the 12 hour window, will incur a 75% cancellation fee to cover the cost of your scheduled service. No shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee, and can lead to being banned from future bookings.
